Mortgages – Being Independent means that we will look after your personal interests with access to the entire mortgage market. This ensures that we find the product that meets your specific needs.
So, rather than you visiting the major banks and building societies to find a mortgage, we can source the key mortgage packages from the whole market to make sure that we get the best deal for you.
We will explain and give advice on all available products such as fixed rates, tracker and discounted rates and offset/flexible rates.
You can have peace of mind knowing that the right mortgage has been found for you, whether you are a first time buyer, you are moving house, you are looking to re-mortgage or want a buy-to-let mortgage.
Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
For mortgages we can be paid by commission, or a fee of usually £595.
Protection – We will ensure that your mortgage is fully protected and can advise on mortgage protection insurance, critical illness insurance, income protection, building and contents insurance and accident, sickness and unemployment insurance.
For building and contents insurance and accident, sickness and unemployment insurance we offer products from a selected panel.
Smoothing the way – We will liaise with estate agents and solicitors to make sure everything is handled as speedily and efficiently as possible.
